The Challenge
With two new books, a growing consulting practice, and an expanding speaking platform, Kim needed a stronger personal brand to connect the pieces.
The opportunity was to clearly position her expertise, elevate her online presence, and create a strategic approach for turning her ideas into greater visibility and new business opportunities.
The Process
We began by rebuilding Kim’s website from the ground up, including strategy, design, positioning, and copywriting.
From there, our work expanded into an ongoing strategic partnership supporting the launch and promotion of her books, AI Due Diligence and So, You Want to Learn AI, speaking and consulting opportunities, and overall marketing strategy.
I also connected Kim with strategic colleagues and potential partners, helped plan and promote a book launch and leadership event in St. Louis, and continue to provide monthly coaching and strategic guidance as new opportunities emerge.
The Result
Kim now has a stronger platform for sharing her expertise and growing her business.
