What a ride!

As John O’Leary’s first employee, I was instrumental in building and managing his international speaking career, securing 100+ keynote engagements annually across 14 countries, and fostering relationships with CEOs, meeting planners, and speaker bureaus. ​

For the first five years, it was just the two of us….smiling, dialing and organically growing his impact. In time, the team grew, we moved into bigger offices, and lives continued to be positively impacted.

Along came two New York Times best-selling book campaigns for On Fire and In Awe, a top-rated podcast, and a growing fan community.

Now, my heart is bursting as Soul on Fire, the movie about John’s life, debuts across the country in October 2025.

I am humbled to be a featured character in the movie, and honored to have played a key role in amplifying his incredible message of resilience and hope to global audiences from the start.
