The Challenge
The opportunity was to translate Dale’s expertise with the Working Genius model into an engaging event that would attract business leaders, showcase the value of the framework, and create a meaningful experience for attendees.
The Process
I worked with Dale on the strategy and planning behind the event - from positioning and audience considerations to the overall attendee experience.
I also developed supporting marketing collateral and helped set up and optimize the Eventbrite registration page to make the event easy to understand, promote, and register for.
The Result
The event brought professionals together for an interactive leadership experience that introduced attendees to practical ways of understanding their strengths, improving collaboration, and building more effective teams.
It also provided Dale with another platform to demonstrate his expertise and build relationships with business leaders in the community.
